Ohio Township Volunteer Fire Company

The Ohio Township Volunteer Fire Company was established in 1946 and provides fire, rescue, and emergency response services to the residents of Ohio Township and Sewickley Hills Borough. The company has over 50 active and associate members, all of whom receive no compensation for their countless hours of service and training in devotion to protecting the people and properties of the communities they call home. The fire station is located at 1520 Roosevelt Road, and is fully furnished with top notch apparatus and equipment. The fire fighters also provide fire prevention training and safety programs to the students in local schools, and operate a junior firefighter program for eligible participants aged 14-17.
