Zoning Hearing Meeting

NOTICE OF HEARING
 
The Ohio Township Zoning
Hearing Board will hold a public meeting and a public hearing on February 25,
2026 at 6:00pm at the Ohio Township Community Park Nature Center, 325 Nicholson
Road, Sewickley, PA 15143, to consider the application of Christ Church for the
property known as Christ Church at Grove Farm (249 Duff Road, Sewickley, PA
15143), Block and Lot No. 607-P-250, for a variance application pursuant to
Section 502(I) of the Zoning Ordinance to construct an accessory structure
(covered sports court) in excess of the 15 foot maximum height in an R-1 Zoning
District.  The public may attend and be heard.
