Bob is a lifelong resident of Ohio Township currently residing on the property that he grew up on. He graduated from Avonworth High School and the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown where he received his degree in Civil Engineering Technology. He also has his Masters in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. He is the Director of Design-Build at McKim & Creed located in Wexford. Bob joined the Ohio Township Volunteer Fire Company in 2004. He is currently active holding the positions of Vice President (since 2015) and Lieutenant. He is also a member of the International Operators Union Local 66. Prior to becoming a supervisor, Bob served as a member of the Ohio Township Planning Commission for four years. Bob and his wife, Valerie, have a daughter, Victoria, and twin sons, Will and Bobby. He enjoys hunting, boating, snowmobiling, and working in his garage in his free time.

Cesar has been a resident of Ohio Township since February of 2009 when he relocated here from Toronto, Canada. He has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Autonoma de Neuvo Leon in his hometown of Monterrey, Mexico. He joined the Ohio Township Volunteer Fire Company in 2009 and has held the position of Secretary since 2010. Prior to becoming a Township Supervisor, Cesar served as a member of the Planning Commission. Cesar and his wife, Cristina, have a daughter, Cristina, and a son, Cesar. He is an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and was also a member of the Steelers Season Ticket Holder Advisory Council for a two-year period.

Brian has been a resident of Ohio Township since moving to the Cobblestone Development in 2008. Brian is a civil engineer consultant specializing in transportation and infrastructure improvements throughout the region. Brian graduated high school from Penn Hills and earned his B.S.C.E. from West Virginia University in 1997 and his M.S.C.E. from the University of Pittsburgh in 2005 with a specialty in transportation engineering. He is a Professional Engineer in PA, NY, NJ, MD, KY and WV and a certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer. Brian currently works for KCI Technologies as a Senior Associate and Practice Leader. Brian has been part of the OT Planning Commission since 2019, and Planning Chairman since 2021. Brian is very active in local sports and is a member of the Avonworth Football Boosters as well as a past coach for the Avonworth Eagles.
Brian has been married to Julie for 23 years with four children: Karly, Jackson, Logan and Quentin. Brian enjoys vacationing with his family and various outdoor activities but mainly coaching and cheering for his four children in various sports including football, wrestling and baseball.
