On November 3, 2008 the Board of Supervisors updated the Township's Open Records Policy and subsequently passed Resolution #8-2009 on March 2, 2009 which includes a fee schedule. This assures compliance with the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law Act 3 of 2008. The purpose of Act 3 is to provide access to public records of Ohio Township, to preserve the integrity of Ohio Township records, and to minimize the financial impact to the residents of the Township regarding the resources utilized in the receipt and processing of public record requests and the retrieval and copying of public records.
