Bob is a lifelong resident of Ohio Township currently residing on the property that he grew up on. He graduated from Avonworth High School and the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown where he received his degree in Civil Engineering Technology. He also has his Masters in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. He is the Director of Design-Build at McKim & Creed located in Wexford. Bob joined the Ohio Township Volunteer Fire Company in 2004. He is currently active holding the positions of Vice President (since 2015) and Lieutenant. He is also a member of the International Operators Union Local 66. Prior to becoming a supervisor, Bob served as a member of the Ohio Township Planning Commission for four years. Bob and his wife, Valerie, have a daughter, Victoria, and twin sons, Will and Bobby. He enjoys hunting, boating, snowmobiling, and working in his garage in his free time.

Jason A. Hines, Vice Chairman

Jason was born and raised in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Bethany College in West Virginia and his law degree from Duquesne University. Jason has been a practicing civil trial attorney since 1999, specializing in personal injury litigation. He relocated to Ohio Township in 2002. He resides with his wife, Shannon, and four active boys, Brad, Beckett, Boden and Baylor.
Jason is a member of the Allegheny County Academy of Trial Lawyers. He served as Chairman of the Ohio Township Planning Commission for several years. He also served as a member of the Ohio Township Zoning Hearing Board. Additionally, Jason is an officer and a coach in the Avonworth Youth Football Program. He and Shannon can most often be found attending various Avonworth sporting events.

Cesar has been a resident of Ohio Township since February of 2009 when he relocated here from Toronto, Canada. He has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Autonoma de Neuvo Leon in his hometown of Monterrey, Mexico. He joined the Ohio Township Volunteer Fire Company in 2009 and has held the position of Secretary since 2010. Prior to becoming a Township Supervisor, Cesar served as a member of the Planning Commission. Cesar and his wife, Cristina, have a daughter, Cristina, and a son, Cesar. He is an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and was also a member of the Steelers Season Ticket Holder Advisory Council for a two-year period.
