Ohio Township strives to provide for the health, safety and welfare of the citizens, property owners and visitors of the township and to facilitate the achievement of the community goals by providing municipal services in a cost effective, customer friendly manner. This goal is attained through an open, consensus driven process that treats all with dignity and repect.

County in September, 1803. We are located nine (9) miles northwest of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. During the past 200 years, Ohio Township has quietly made the transition from an agricultural area to a mix of suburban residential developments and commercial businesses.
